Creating a better mixer does not just mean spinning an element harder or promoting faster flow. These aspects are a one-dimensional view on how to improve. This isn’t our style at Komax. In order to produce a better overall system, not just one part, all aspects need to be inspected to find creative room for improvement. We show this in our Direct Steam Injector, which promotes better distribution of steam bubbles from static mixing. This multidimensional technique is also what has helped us create the Komax Ozone Injector and Gas Injector.
With creating new technologies like the ozone and gas injectors, we never look to just improve, but instead to jump light-years ahead of previous systems. These injectors transform micro bubbles like those seen in other injectors into micron-sized bubbles by creating an ultra-porous product. This creates a distribution improvement of up to 22 times that of other methods for gas/liquid contact. The idea behind these injectors is to produce a more intimate mingling between the gas and its new environment. Striving for efficiency through design is what makes Komax an ideal partner in production.
Komax Ozone and Gas injectors work in two parts:
1-The gas and ozone injectors create micron-sized bubbles that easily integrate with their new environment and interact on an ultra-efficient level.
2-The new mixture enters our Triple Action Static Mixer to completely integrate the gas and its new environment into a perfectly mixed composition.
Not only does the size of the bubbles matter, but also the level at which the product is mixed. Trying to reach the same effect with mechanical mixers would require multiple units and expensive energy. Our system will work tirelessly for up to 20 years with no maintenance and %95 less energy needs. Creating better stuff is multifaceted, something we at Komax excel with.
