Inventing great things is our passion at Komax systems, however we know the dangers of becoming lazy after repeated success. We work hard to avoid the degradation that so commonly follows success, which is why we dedicate part or our time and energy to inviting new innovation and challengers.
As part of our community outreach, we donate teaching equipment to engineering students in an effort to show the promise of static mixing technology. This is one of our gambles: inviting younger generations to seek improvement and even providing them with the means to do so. This process can be very beneficial for not only ourselves, but for the industry as a whole.
In a perfect world, these students will continue their education and find themselves employed at Komax Systems. We are helping to train new employees even before they start in this utopia, thus bringing new ideas and young attitudes driven by progress. Although this would be great, there is a more likely, more realistic outcome.
We provide tons of schools across the country with this training material, effectively reaching way more people than we have the need for. Because of this, we know many students will learn from our equipment and training, then subsequently going on to become our competitors. Instead of shying away from fueling the competition we welcome this, because it is motivation for our own continual improvement and also the improvement of the industry as a whole.
By working to educate others we are, in turn, vaccinating them and ourselves against laziness, thus giving you the assurance that static mixing is a thriving industry with no end in sight. There are certain social situations where one out of many must stick out there neck for the good of all. This is what we are doing; however, we know that fortune favors the bold.
