The Secret Sauce
Wonder what the secret is? Our heater uses tungsten carbide construction in the areas that are used the most, which makes it highly durable and long lasting. It can provide small or large volumes of heated liquids and has a very exact temperature control. It is far more energy efficient than other indirect heating systems, heat coils or heat exchangers in hot water tanks and will provide a supply of hot water immediately when needed. In addition to that, there are no movable parts on this steam heater. The steam, bitumen froth, or other slurry is immediately combined together by Komax’s unique and incomparable internal equalizer mixing module that has 6 mixing elements. These mixing elements blend in extremely minuscule steam bubbles into the process flow stream.
With no movable parts, the Severe Duty Inline Steam Heater has extremely low vibration and has very low noise all which makes this steam heater very durable and long lasting. Even though the need for hot water can vary from none to maximal flow with very little notice, this machine will provide the hot water that is needed at very precise and exact temperatures time and time again. The temperature controller can be set manually to the temperature that is needed or it can be controlled electronically.
