Keeping the Yogurt Coming

It’s said humans weren’t meant to be lactose tolerant, but over years of dealing with the side affects we evolved to stomach this food. Now, dairy products are delicacies. Yogurt in particular has in fact become a staple food in Western society, so much so that the traditional methods of production are becoming too slow to keep up with demand.

Faster Process– While batch making yogurt has been the practice since yogurt’s conception, our static mixers can replace this process to achieve continual yogurt output. This yogurt on demand means the highly involved process of adding inputs, mixing them, and then transferring them to the next step in production will be fully automated. Companies can now produce yogurt indefinitely without the strain of batch making.

Less Cleaning– Another great part about this automated mixing is that it doesn’t require any cleaning within the actual mixing system. Whereas batch processes needed to be cleaned out each time, our completely enclosed system means no contamination is allowed to get in and the constantly moving product enforces a self-cleaning environment.

No Sedimentation– Tons of people these days like to add some spark to their yogurt like fruit or nuts, or dare we say chocolate. Komax technology makes sure these things get mixed in just prior to entering packaging, meaning there isn’t any sedimentation within the process.
